Superb sound quality. I love the vintage look, with all the modern features like Apple Play. Using this amp immediatly imroved the sound quality of my existing speakers and set up, very noticable difference. The included DAC and Phono stages are also very nice, and I especially like how they are all incorporated into one unit so it looks great in my living room. Would 100% reccomend.

It’s a beautiful piece of equipment. It gives me that old-school feel with modern tech. It has many features that I like. I am using the Yamaha 2000 to power a pair of Martin Logan.

Stunning, sound and build quality. Tremendously versatile network receiver that demonstrates a superior sound stage, neutral and pin point clarity! It’s vast horizon of features includes accessing eARC via a dedicated HDMI port. It was one of the reasons I’ve been waiting to get this for over a year! Why buy a expensive sound bar and subwoofer that can’t compete with the sound quality of a dedicated audiofile system. Granted it’s a two channel stereo system but with this device and in my case using a pair of Golden-Ear T-66 loudspeakers I’m floored with the sonic experience! Ps this monster’s only downside it it’s weight at near 50 lbs it’s a battleship! Thanks Yamaha for the N2000R! I waited a long time to get this, so happy I did!

It’s a beautiful piece of equipment. It gives me that old school feel. It has many features that I like. I am using the Yamaha 2000 to power a pair of KLP20’s. I upgraded from a Yamaha R-N 803. Also connected to the Yamaha 2000 is my old school Marantz direct drive turntable from the 1970’s that I play my vinyl collection on. The sound the Yamaha 2000 produces is exquisite. I have what I call a hybrid component setup. Something old, something new. Only thing I didn’t like is the unit didn’t come with an owners manual.
