The adapter works great, able to connect my mouse, keyboard, and a second monitor. Doesn’t lag my keyboard, the mouse can lag once in a while and it’s just a matter of disconnecting and connecting cables. Disconnecting my mouse cable and connecting it back fixes the issue.

I like the sleek design of this adapter and my ability to connect more of my devices to my laptop. When using the HDMI plug, I sometimes get a flicker on my monitor, which can be annoying at times. I’ve also connected my camera via the USB connection and at times, the video feed appears slow and choppy. That being said, the other ports have been super useful for connecting my USB keyboard and mouse, as well as my printers. For the cost of the device, I’m okay with the slight setbacks with my camera and video. The customer service has been very helpful and addressing my concerns in a positive and customer-focused way.
