Highlights
The hotend’s core parts are mainly composed of copper alloy, which has the advantage of better heat conduction.
Overall high-temperature resistance up to 500°C
Heat sink and heat break adopt a conical surface fitting design.
Close-fitting increases heat dissipation contact area.
Low roughness of heat break.
The inner hole roughness of the heat break ≤Ra0.3, which allow a smoother movement of filament.
High printing precision, no filament plugging.

CU***N –
Definitely recommend! It took some software changes, primarily PID tuning to dial it all in but overall, getting it running was effortless.

I put this on my Ender3 Pro. This is a very solid and reliable hotend.

So far I’m only using it for PLA, so the max temp is well above what I need, but it’s nice to have as a future option.

I was able to mount this into the Minimus hotend shroud/ fan duct unit . I was a little concerned about the effectiveness of the cooling because of the distance from the hotend cooling fan, but I’ve had zero heat creep issues printing up to 270 for some CF polycarbonate filament.I did have to design an adapter mount to make this work with the aftermarket printed Minimus shroud because of the baseplate moving the hotend out 3mm and not allowing the heatsink to mount securely. On a stock hotend X carriage mount, you will have no problems with mounting this.

For what I’m printing, the 500C is something I’ll never actually need, but it’s great to know it’s capable to handling everything that I might throw at it in the future.

Solid performance and an easy upgrade.

The install was simple and I was able to use this hotend to print a new fan shroud for the first run and get better cooling potential.

My printer is working so much better.

I didn’t really see the need to upgrade since mine worked great, but I went ahead and did so anyway. Much like almost every other part of my Ender 3, it’s nearly all been upgraded by now. It’s funny how a simple upgrade can make all the difference, especially when coming from the stock hotend. To me, this is absolutely amazing and is almost like I have a brand new printer.
