I paired these with the Bose 891 in-wall speakers to complete my surround sound system. They’re definitely good speakers, but not mind blowing. $600/pair is a little overpriced in my opinion. I think $400-500 would be a better price for them. That being said, they do complement my Bose in-wall speakers, Martin Logan center channel speaker, & Martin Logan subwoofer nicely. Also, like most Bose speakers they fill the room with sound nicely.

The Bose 791 are really good speakers. They are well made and installation (now that a template is included with the instructions) is super simple. I’m powering a pair of 791s with a Sonos Connect Amp and the sound/volume are never lacking.

Great sounds and looks good
TDiaz –
They are absolutely amazing in sound quality. I installed these in my garage for my gym, and wired them to a first gen Sonos! I know with a much better amp, they would sound even better! They look flawless also!
Gizmo –
Great quality and they won’t overpower the architecture of your home. You’ll barely notice/see them.
